Program: To create a cohesive community by integrating individual walk-
Concept/Design Approach: The purpose of this project was to adaptively reuse and revitalize the former Naval Air Station of Alameda. Since having been decommissioned it has become derelict and largely unused. This site has priceless views of the bay, specifically of San Francisco. Currently the site is a blemish on the island of Alameda and it is of utmost important to turn this site into a viable and desirable area.
